Program Contract

1.          One week Program fee with deposit. Deposit is not for Rent!
2.          If you use drugs or alcohol, you lose your deposit NO exceptions!
3.          Minimum of 3 month commitment or no deposit back. 
4.          Program fees are to be paid on schedule unless other arrangements are made, 3 days late = $10 late fee!
5.          NO REFUNDS ON Program fees!  One week notice when moving out of program or no deposit back!
6.          The program is week to week and can be terminated at any time.
7.      Upon termination you have 48 hrs to remove all personal belongings!
